Planning your custom range

Can you manufacture from a reference image or an existing sample?

Yes. A reference photo, sketch, CAD file or physical sample can be used to begin a design review. We will identify the dimensions, construction details and performance requirements that still need confirmation before quoting or sampling.

Can the products be supplied flat-packed?

Some enclosure, shelf and gate designs can be developed for flat-pack or partial assembly. The final approach depends on panel size, hardware, rigidity, assembly experience and the protection required during transport.

Can you customize ventilation, doors and mounting points?

Yes. Hole patterns, mesh locations, access doors, locks, hinges, equipment openings and mounting positions can be adjusted. The approved drawing and sample become the reference for production.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Please provide the product type, intended animal or application, approximate dimensions, target quantity, delivery country and any reference files. If the design is not final, our team can help organize the missing specifications.

Application-specific review

Animal requirements vary by species, size, life stage, climate and equipment. Final ventilation, temperature interfaces, load capacity, dimensions and accessory suitability must be confirmed for the intended use.
